Returns

  • We must receive your return within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date to be eligible for a refund. 

  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, & unwashed with tags secured.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. No exceptions.

  • Bibs

  • All bows

  • All beanies

  • All teethers

  • All pacifier clips

  • Sale items

  • Final few items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us at your own expense. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a refund. 

For exchange for a new item/size, we recommend placing a new order ASAP so we can guarantee you receive the items you want in return.

Defective Items

All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
